OM jewellery design to marka stworzona w 2011 roku przez projektantkę i jubilerkę Marię Ostrowską. Misją OM jest łączenie nowoczesnego designu oraz kunsztu sztuki złotniczej oraz promocja unikatowej, spersonalizowanej biżuterii jako małego dzieła sztuki w formie użytkowej. Kolekcje inspirowane są szeroko pojmowaną wolnością i dziką naturą. Każdy obiekt jest ręcznie wykonany z precyzją i radością tworzenia – tylko z etycznych materiałów.

All good things are wild and free – don’t you think?

Om jewellery design presents unique pieces, limited collections, all hand crafted and special, inspired by wild nature, bicycles and other things which are close to the heart of its creator. For me jewellery is something more then an ornament. It is the most private piece of art, something that tells stories, makes a statement. Sometimes it is a trigger for interactions, sometimes is says: ‘wild as fuck’, sometimes it is just beautiful (although not in the universal way). I enjoy using a combination of materials in my work especially metal and natural stones. I love contemplating the colours, structure, pattern and form of the piece during the designing and producing process. OM jewellery design is created by Maria Ostrowska – jeweller and educator who studied Pedagogy at University of Gdańsk and Jewellery and Silversmithing at Edinburgh College of Art. Currently living in Gdynia. Her jewellery pieces were shown in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Antwerp, Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia and Warsaw.
